We collect data you provide directly (name, email address, company name, job title when you book a demo or create an account), data generated by your use of the platform (usage logs, session data, journal metadata), and data from third-party sources (analytics providers, marketing platforms).

We use your data to provide and improve the Lumio360 service, communicate with you about your account and product updates, respond to enquiries and support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
