What is a slot?
A slot is a user seat in Lumio360. Lumi AI token allocations (in Professional and Finance OS plans) are per slot per month — so a 3-seat Professional team has 3M Lumi AI tokens available each month.
What are Lumi AI tokens?
Lumi AI tokens are the unit of AI processing in Lumio360. Each automated run — an anomaly detection pass, a revenue recognition calculation, a tax radar scan — consumes tokens from your monthly allocation. Unused tokens do not carry over.
How is an entity defined?
An entity is a distinct legal entity in your group structure — a subsidiary, holding company, or joint venture — with its own chart of accounts and financial statements. Branches of the same legal entity typically count as one entity.
Is pricing monthly or annual?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Contact support to change your plan.
What contract terms apply?
