1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Lumio360 ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
Lumio360 Ltd provides a cloud-based finance operations platform accessible at app.lumio360.com. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.
5. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually if selected) per slot. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all financial data you input into the Service. We process it solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the other's confidential information secure and to use it only for purposes of the agreement.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
